The first thing that comes to mind is a nutrition element that is missing (like protein).

You may not be ingesting the minimum amount or you may need to increase your protein ingestion for some objetive you have, like gain muscles.

Well, you know you need more but diets are seldom made on its on own. And balance is always needed.

On top of that it's important to have a wealth variety of food / products to choose from. Ideally stuff already sold available in markets.

That's where my protein comparison comes in. I've analysed 941 foods or products in order to create a protein index.
